By day Jason is an experienced web analyst whose main focus is on delivering information, insight, and recommendations to help optimize online businesses. By night, his personal passions include a love for cooking, a talent for playing bass guitar, and a unique interpretation on life through the art of photography.
Michele Hinojosa is a self-confessed analytics geek. She is currently the Director of Digital Analytics at Red Door Interactive, and was previously the Manager of Web Analytics for Kelley Blue Book. When she is not reading, writing and thinking about analytics and engaging with the web analytics community via Twitter, she can be found teaching Les Mills group fitness classes in sunny San Diego.
Olivier Blanchard is a Brand Strategist with 16 years of marketing management experience across a variety of B2B and B2C industries, from manufacturing and distribution to new media and consumer goods. He is the author of "Social Media ROI: Managing and Measuring Social Media Efforts in Your Organization", and manages BrandBuilder Marketing, a brand development and social media consulting firm serving clients around the world. He lives in Greenville, SC with his wife, two children and infamous pack of wild chihuahuas.
